Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Each item is made to order, which means we do not keep inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

However, we will gladly replace or refund an item if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The product is incorrect due to a printing or fulfillment error

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will submit a claim with our production partner and process your replacement at no additional cost.

Non‑returnable items include:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Wrong color ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Items lost due to incorrect address provided at checkout
